2.4 Self-Exclusion. You confirm that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 999pk or any other gaming operator, and that you are not registered on any national or international self-exclusion register that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
It is a serious offence to use or attempt to use the 999pk platform if you are under 21 years of age. 999pk will report suspected underage gambling attempts to the appropriate authorities and will permanently ban any account found to have been operated by a person under the minimum age. Any winnings accrued by an underage user will be forfeited in full.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 999pk. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using the identity of any third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 999pk will close all duplicate accounts and may retain any balances therein as a penalty for the breach.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 999pk relies on the accuracy of registration data to operate its identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming obligations.
3.3 Account Credentials. Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
3.4 Verification. 999pk reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any point during your registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.
3.5 Third-Party Use Prohibited. You must not allow any third party to use your 999pk account, access your balance, or place wagers on your behalf. Any such use is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 999pk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All account balances are held and denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999pk does not accept payments in any foreign currency without prior written arrangement.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your 999pk wallet instantly upon successful transmission. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating institution. 999pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit. 999pk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 999pk may require completion of identity verification as described in Clause 3.4.
4.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by 999pk and may be adjusted from time to time. Current limits are displayed within your 999pk account dashboard and on the relevant payment method pages of the platform.
4.5 Funds Usage. Deposited funds must be used for gaming on the 999pk platform. 999pk accounts must not be used as a general banking, money transfer, or currency exchange facility. Any account found to be used in this manner will be immediately suspended and the matter referred for investigation.
4.6 No Interest. 999pk does not pay interest on deposited funds held in your player wallet at any time, regardless of the duration the funds remain on deposit.
5.1 999pk offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds requirements where applicable.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your 999pk account must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 999pk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a player has attempted to abuse the offer. Abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors in the platform.
5.4 Expiry. All promotional offers carry an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds, free spins, or pending promotional rewards that have not been claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
5.5 999pk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted and are actively complying with a promotion's terms at the time of withdrawal will not be materially disadvantaged.
6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999pk platform. Engagement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

8.1 999pk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 999pk.club/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and 999pk.
8.2 By registering an account on 999pk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and provision of customer support.

10.3 In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect display of game results, odds, balances, or bonus credits, 999pk reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings derived from an error are not considered valid and may be reversed. 999pk will always endeavour to notify affected players promptly and handle error corrections fairly and transparently.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 999pk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11.1 999pk reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes by posting a notice on the 999pk website or sending a notification to your registered email address.
11.2 Changes to these Terms take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice. If you continue to use the 999pk platform after that date, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.
11.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 999pk.club/terms-conditions. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects when the current version was last updated.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the territory in which 999pk is licensed and regulated.
12.2 Complaints Procedure. 12.3 Escalation. 12.4 Except as required by applicable law, any claim or dispute arising from your use of the 999pk platform must be commenced within twelve (12) months of the date on which the cause of action arose, failing which the claim shall be permanently barred.
